原理：

在规定条件下，将试样从一个具有规定形状的漏斗中漏下，装满一个已知容积的受容器后，测定此粉体的质量。

概述：

适用于自由流动的粉体,当使用合适的漏斗时,也适用于有结块趋势的粉体.若粉体中带有团块,则只有当这团块易于松散,且有不致使粉体的颗粒破碎的情况下,本设备才是适用的

技术要求：

1、整体个漏斗材料为不锈钢制作,确保粉体所接触的表面是光滑的,且不允许产生静电

2、测定自由流动粉体时,漏斗下口径40mm,上口径108mm,高度130mm

3、测定有结块趋势的粉体时, 漏斗下口径60mm,上口径112mm,高度100mm

4、受料器容积：500ML±0.5ML,取样量：510-550ML

5、支架,能使漏斗和受料器对应定位

6、漏斗出口自带截止板/挡板,方便放置粉末

skills requirement:

3. When measuring powders with a tendency to agglomerate, the lower diameter of the funnel is 60mm, the upper diameter is 112mm, ａnd the height is 100mm.

4. Volume of receiver: 500ML±0.5ML, sampling volume: 510-550ML

测试步骤:

1. 将漏斗放到支架上面,称量过的容器放在下地板的位置。

2. 用截止板遮住漏斗的下口,将试样倒入漏斗,直至其上边缘,然后迅速移去截止板,让漏斗中的粉末随即流入收料器并完全溢出

3. 用不锈钢尺子沿着受料器的上口边缘,小心地粉体刮平,然后去称重m2.天平精度到0.01g

4. 根据计算公式密度=(M2-M1)/V算出粉体的表观密度

Test steps:

1. Place the funnel on the support, ａnd place the weighed container on the lower floor.

2. Cover the lower opening of the funnel with a shut-off plate, pour the sample into the funnel until its upper edge, ａnd then quickly remove the shut-off plate, let the powder in the funnel immediately flow into the receiver ａnd overflow completely

3. Use a stainless steel ruler along the edge of the upper mouth of the receiver, carefully scrape the powder, ａnd then weigh the m2. The accuracy of the balance is 0.01g

4. Calculate the apparent density of the powder according to the calculation formula density=(M2-M1)/V
